This monitor lizard head is overscaled to 1 1/2 the size of an actual head.
As all sales are new creations, your model can be in any position (standing, sitting, lying down, etc...) that you wish and doing whatever you wish it to do (pointing, drinking a soda, laughing, etc...). Simply tells us what you want, and we will custom make it for you.
