| This is a welding jig created to make the frameworks you see assembled above. Any work that involves a short run of multiples gets a jig made. |

| Here’s some of those parts coming together. That oversized battery was welded steel with some body filler added and sanded to give a glossy finish. Any surface anomalies had to be smoothed. The gloss finish wouldn’t allow hiding of anything! |

| This is mechanical assembly of the parts designed and created (as seen in above photos). A large crane was utilized to finish off the top parts. This assembly system had to be used here in the USA, but also had to be repeatable in any other part of the world. |
