Enjoy viewing an short film for Pop Tarts which features a mermaid & dracula. This ad is for kids, so the mermaid costume was created not as a "two piece", but as a "one piece" costume. Created from silicone, it was fit for the actress. Here is a photo of the actress trying on the costume and here is a photo of the costume on a stand. Each scale was sculpted in clay, then molds made. The silicone takes almost 24 hours to set up. It is waterproof and the color is iridescent.

This entire project was done in less than two weeks. Ad agency, Leo Burnett and a production team from Chelsea Pictures (shown here are Rocky Bice (Producer), Evan Bernard (Director), Doug Hudson (Animal Makers), Aida Caefer (Animal Makers)) visited us here at Animal Makers, to supervise the suits development.
