Used Alligator PartsSkins.  These parts may be perfect for do it yourself prop makers who may not require a whole alligator.  this skin is silicone  laced with power net.

Pricing is for matching alligator arms and legs with head.  Not a complete skin.  *Does not include body section.  

 all parts have been "slit" down the bottom side to free the skin from the core on which it was mounted at one time.(see pics).

Head also shows damage at the corners of the mouth.  All pieces will likely need touch-up andor repair.
