This is the Sub Adult Hawaiian Monk Seal that is an extremely realistic replica. Priced as a static model. Skin is flocked latex with a fabric backing. Inside is a dense, urethane foam. Animation can certainly be added, at additional cost. Originally sculpted and created for the NOAA, with scientific oversight. Individual claws are evident on each of the flippers. Very detailed.
